Referral Policy:
We have an agressive referral policy for licensed brokers, broker-salespersons, and salespersons.
We believe that our ability to participate in the referral business has great value for all parties, including our clients and yours. We know that each of us has contacts that may be beneficial to other companies in the commercial real estate business and welcome the opportunity to speak with you about it.
We are primarily a commercial real estate property management company and even though we offer leasing and brokerage as a service we usually reserve those services to our existing property management clients.
We has a strict non-compete policy if you refer management clients to us. If we know that the client you have referred to us wants to sell or lease the property we will inform you and have client contact since you were our referral source. We put this non-compete policy in writting for you! Once you have listed the property for lease or sale we may have our own clients who want to work with you and we will represent them on the tenant or purchaser side.
Our referral system compensates you, at no additonal cost to your client or ours, on a monthly basis as long as you are licensed and as long as we manage the property. This is not a one-time referral but an on-going program. Our only other criteria is that the referrals must be paid to your broker who will then compensate you - we cannot pay broker-salespersons or salespersons directly and you must have a current real estate license.
