As a company our primary focus is property management.  We have been involved in this business, either as owners or fee managers for most of our real estate career.  We offer leasing and brokerage primarily to our existing clients, but will represent our clients as tenants or purchasers of real estate represented by other companies.
 
As an owner and owner-representative these properties included approximately 2,000 multi-family units and several commercial centers, and I managed a staff of 38 individuals.  I was responsible for budgets, maintenance, leasing, rent collections, staffing, advertising and other duties.   
 
Real estate management is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the marketplace.  Each property is unique and we work closely with every owner to create an effective and comprehensive plan for the management of their property.
 
Effective representation and a thorough understanding of each client's needs and ultimate goals are essential in today's competitive marketplace and we believe that each client should know that their
property is being professionally managed by a company that puts their best interests at the forefront.                                                                                             
 
Economic, social, developmental and environmental concerns have drastically altered the way real estate must be managed.  By creating a company composed of highly trained and educated managers and staff the ability to meet the challenges of the future can be addressed today.
 
Our belief is that the owner of the property we manage should be knowledgeable as to the physical and fiscal health of their real estate asset.  On the 15th of the following month we provide our owners with a complete set of reports detailing the prior month's activity. 
 
These reports include income and expense, vacancy and rental reports, general ledgers, copies of checks with original receipts, trust account reconcilliation, deposit ledgers, and other financial reports as needed by each owner.  We also prepare year-end reports detailing the activity of each property for use by the owners, their financial advisors or their CPA's.
