Management:

 

We have been involved in property management, either as owners or fee managers  since 1977.  Our goal is to manage the property, whether we are the actual owners or fee managers, in a highly professional manner and to provide the best possible  service.

 

Management Alert Group, Ltd. 
Our separate non-profit 501(c)(3), founded in 1988, has been awarded the San Diego Housing Commission's Shelter Award for Contributions to Rental Housing in San Diego County. 

Leasing:

 

The ability to attract and retain the best tenants is always the highest priority for any property owner.  Since 1977 we have made this a hallmark of our efforts on behalf of any owner we represent, for our own properties, and for other owners when we represent the tenant.

Brokerage:

 

We represent clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate properties.  These properties included raw land for development of multifamily housing, self-storage, retail centers and industrial warehouses; as well as various other commercial properties.
